You can either complete a 3 day or 7 day food diary & send this to us via email. This food diary will enable me to analyse what you currently consume and look at which food groups, calories, macronutrients (protein, fats and carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) you may need adjusting (increasing or decreasing) for optimal health as per UK guidelines with some top tips.
For a more personalised approach, you may wish to book a one to one consultation on how you can improve your diet using practical tips.
This service is designed to review and analysis menus you have developed for a catering service, restaurant and/or event. The service includes a full nutritional breakdown for each recipe / menu item for calories, protein, fats and carbohydrates, but could detail further where required.
This service is to designed to embed a dietitian into the development of your menus for a catering service, restaurant and/or event. By using a dietitian, the menu will be designed considering your audience/client needs. The dietitian will work with the chef to develop the menu considering budget, sustainability, national healthy eating standards, and be modifiable for dietary needs (allergies/intolerances).
